Empowering the Next Generation: Career Development Program’s Impact by Polindo Utama Hope Foundation
The Career Development program, organized by the Polindo Utama Hope Foundation, has successfully equipped 50 students with essential skills to prepare for their future careers. Held over six sessions, the program focused on providing students with practical tools to navigate the job market and build rewarding careers.
Topics covered included CV writing, job applications, and psychometric tests for IQ and EQ. The program combined theory with hands-on activities, giving students a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to succeed in the professional world.
The success of the program was made possible through the support of skilled facilitators and Lunarindo consultants, who guided the psychometric sessions. These sessions helped students identify their strengths and areas for growth, enabling them to improve and develop in their careers.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to CSR BANK BNI for sponsoring scholarships for all 50 students, making the program possible. Their support not only opened educational opportunities but also highlighted the importance of investing in young talent. We also thank YAPMI and all facilitators and partners who contributed to the success of this initiative.
The students showed impressive enthusiasm, with many expressing greater confidence and readiness for the workforce. The program helped them enhance their soft skills and gain a clearer understanding of their career paths.
As a result of the program, one student has already secured an internship in our finance team, demonstrating the program’s success. This achievement inspires us to expand the program in the future, reaching even more students and helping them unlock their full potential.
